it is really nice to see people who use the camera i have just bought and who's style is close to what i like. idk why, but it's so hard to find a good work with s5ii /x. cheers mate, well done!
I’d recommend playing around with the autofocus settings Obviously never ideal to rely on it in these kind of shoots but I’ve deffo found there’s a sweet spot where it works best in terms of speed and sensitivity
Is there something you recommend? Another reason for hunting in this particular scene is because most of our scene is white (backdrop, paper, wardrobe) so when there's not a lot of colour contrast that's when it starts to hunt
This is awesome Matt. Im about to do a fashion shoot on a cyc wall. I found the same reference as you. I'll take a bit of inspiration from this too :) Thanks for sharing!
Question: You were able to send the signal from the camera using the Pyro S to the Pyro 7inch for village but you also had the iPad as the directors monitor live at the same time? How was the latency and how easy is it to connect both the Pyro 7 and an iPad to monitor from the Pyro S. Thanks.
That's correct. Latency wasn't an issue since we used autofocus - would've been a different story if we had a focus puller though. It's very easy to connect the two, you just download the app and connect via wifi. Hope that answers your q!
Nice, really beautiful! Did the director already have the client, or was it fictional? Where did he get the idea? So you wish you had an AC as well? (even if it would mean more expense for camera dep.) Did you make the half-day?
I'm still learning how to deal with it to be honest. I've yet to work with a 1st ac and wireless systems with it just yet but I can imagine it'll be a bit difficult. Did you turn off audio over HDMI?
@ i’ve done that, but my concern with this really comes down to when I want to record over HDMI. Anyways, thanks for the reply and your content is great as always!

Thank you, it was the directors client, yeah definitely wish we had an AC and something I’ll push for next time. And we made the half day!
Nice! Thx
How were you able to deal with the HDMI delay? That's something that I've been finding a little annoying with my s5iix.
