Slope formula 1:12
Slope= rise/run (multiply by 100)= 8.33333 (meaning for every 1" rise there must be 12" run)

The Sidewalk drawn should be illustrated Parallel to parking bays or vise versa. Ramp slope 1: 12 and 12% are two different gradients. The ramp slope illustrated in drawing is 1:8.3 (not 1:12)
