- Kate Middleton takes to the racetrack and tries her hand at sparring during a visit to the London Stadium in Stratford.
Kate was attending an event hosted by SportsAid where she was also joined by former world boxing champion David Hayes and Olympic gold-medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill.

When the Queen passes, Charles will take her place which is traditional in England but Charles is I believe 70 years old and I think England would be better served if William and Kate assumed the position of King and Queen. William and Kate seem to be full of life and enjoy sharing their time with the public and their children. Charles and Camila are old and seem prone to do few royal functions and just pass them on down to William and Kate. That being the case let Charles and Camila simply retire gracefully and allow Will and Kate to become the heart and soul of England - the next King and Queen.
