Manual oiler allways a bonus ! Cant wait to get a couple to put on the double ender and slice up some big jarrah slabs .one good slab should pay for them and hopefully end up with some good parts for my old ones ,as they are looking a bit agricultural , good vid ,wood is good!!!

Those 3120s are the best milling saws, I’ve been seeing way to many 880s blow up while milling to the point where several people I know have 4, 2 to mill with and 2 spares/ones in the shop😂 I don’t know what happened but the 880s have issues with heat buildup and they just don’t last, the 881 do seem to hold up well but the 3120s are just more reliable and better for milling for what I’ve experienced and seen
That is a really big saw, I think it would be a joy to run but I don’t know if I could carry it around. The 6200 I bought has really been a great saw, I don’t know if it’s a clone of something
@@IndianaDoug I’m sure you’ll do fine. I just don’t see me packing a 23 lb saw when I can pack my Makita /Dolmar ported 7900 is just a beast and handles anything I need but just owning a 120 cc and it being a 3120 clone at $599 is very tempting!
What do you think of Neotec vs Holzfforma?. I've been waiting for the Holzfforma g3120 but I don't know when it will be in the US. I've never seen or ran a Neotec so I don't know how they quality is.

It’s a good question. I don’t know the answer. Perhaps it’s about branding? As in, you notice clones are advertised as a “kit saw” or “replacement parts saw?” This may push them into a parts category. Just a guess.
The one thing I can see is the muffler out let I hope the fix that. All it will do is burn the flag. Just put a piece of pipe out the corner of the muffler like they do everything else. But all in all looks good. Can't wait to see it eat some wood.
