Depends on which gasket you are using (thin metal or fire ring), how long it was run, and what the heat range was while running. If the fire ring gasket doesn't stick to the block or head it can be reused a few times. The thin metal gaskets I wouldn't recommend reusing it more than once and only if it doesn't have much tine on it.,

Is it ok to reuse head gaskets?
I've reused the steel shim gaskets many times in a pinch with no issues. I've also ran them on outlaw engines over 20 hp and 13:1+ at 9000 rpm.

It's a head though, my opinion is no unless you have no choice.
