Excellent question Sergio! London is usually incredibly busy at that time. So while if you're lucky enough to be right by the river on one of the bridges like Victoria Embankment and view them, I'd recommend Primrose Hill. It's a beautiful spot for any time of year to view London's skyline, but for NYE it's truly spectacular.
