Is gratuity payable to a GS who has completed 5 year continuous service and he joins a new department through technical resignation and on probation in new department he resigns due to selection in autonomous body.
Is gratuity gratuity payable to GS?
If yes please quote the authority

Sir main bsf ka employee hu 2017 me join hua hu, 4 year 9 month ki job ho chuki hai , main medical unfit ho chuka hu medical board se , 30 % desabilty di gayi hai aur CCS pension rule 38 rule 49(1) 1972 benifit diya gaya hai plss sir ye bataye ki mujhe kitne paisa monthly milega mera basic pay 25200 rs hai
Kya Da bhi add hota hai isme
Basic training complete nhi hui thi meri
Injury not atributed bhi hai lekin CCS rule benifit diya gaya hai plss bataye sir 2 din ka hi time diya gaya hai
Maine Re medical ke liye aplly kiya hu toh vaha disability badhhane se koi fayada hoga kya?

It is 1/2 months emoluments of each completed half year and sir you are saying 1/2 of the emoluments for each completed half year .So there lies bit confusion.Kindly clear it

In case of Service gratuity(When job is less than 10 years) Half of the emoluments for each half-yearly qualifying service and similarly if the employing is dying after completion of 20 years service and more,gratuity calculation is similar like above.

No.6months after lodging the FIR in police station.Family pension given to the family member and also retirement gratuity.
When death is confirmed or 7 years after lodging the FIR ,which one is earlier,Death gratuity issued.Difference of death gratuity and Retirement gratuity paid to the family member
