You see the new CCS(PENSION RULES)2021
It is 1/2 months emoluments of each completed half year and sir you are saying 1/2 of the emoluments for each completed half year .So there lies bit confusion.Kindly clear it
In case of Service gratuity(When job is less than 10 years) Half of the emoluments for each half-yearly qualifying service and similarly if the employing is dying after completion of 20 years service and more,gratuity calculation is similar like above.

No.6months after lodging the FIR in police station.Family pension given to the family member and also retirement gratuity.
When death is confirmed or 7 years after lodging the FIR ,which one is earlier,Death gratuity issued.Difference of death gratuity and Retirement gratuity paid to the family member
