- In this video I try beating Terraria using Whips only however I installed some mods that add in many new whips that each have their own unique effects and accessories to help strengthen them. Just how good are these new weapons and will they be strong enough to take down the final boss Moon Lord? Stay tuned to find out!

If you didn't know already, the wizard Hat has a set bonus with any of the gem robes. So you could have used the diamond robe with the wizard Hat to get more dps early. All in all, good video tho.

I like these videos, but the thing that got me with this video is he made it a point to make the mana flower, and bought 400 greater mana potion to "not have to worry about running out of mana ever", then proceeds to not use high mana cost weapons when the mana cost isn't an issue anymore
Necro, I don't know if you never noticed or never bothered. But it says what the weapon/item got as a modifier when you go to reforge it, just above the character where it displays what item was picked up. It's pretty useful in seeing what you got so you don't have to move off of the reforge button to check what modifier it got.
I do the same thing as well it just feels better in my opinion it also makes the chances of skipping past a good reforge much much lower. Visually checking to see how many increases is also just a mental double check for me that it’s the modifier that I want, plus checking the stats while I’m at it, I also play with very low sensitivity so the side to side flicking is very consistent and I haven’t made a misclick in years

Thank you for showing me this mod. I’m playing Rogue class on Calamity and going full “Random bullshit, go!” is the most fun I’ve had on Terraria
getting a void bag might help clear inventory space if you want to put all of the weapons in there… just make sure the bag is left open

As usual I always love the all weapons attack so I was wondering still if it works with the clicker class, if so I think it'd be a nice mod that would benefit from it a lot due to its weakness if it is compatable.
I will sound like a god damn elitist, but i'd love to see these playthroughs in master mode. I understand it'd make early game a lot slower, but would also make it even more interesting! You're already melting bosses, so going for the more tanky ones would make it even more impressive imo.
Nah nothing wrong with that. Or even if he would play with calamity with or without revengeance on. But his content is still good but I understand what your saying just to make it more challenging.

Ok, i have to say something: Around 7:00 you say, the wizard hat will be very shortlived.
The Wizard hat is by far the best mage armor piece pre hardmode. By far.
For everyone not aware of this, the Wizard Hat gives a set bonus of +10% critt chance, while combined with any robe.
If you pair tat with a diamond robe, you get:
+ 5% dmg, +10% critt, +80 mana -15% mana spent (without any leg piece)
compared to the Jungle armor (including its leg piece)
+6% dmg, +12 * critt, +80 mana - 16% mana Spent
it gets even more crazy with the Mystical Robe from the traveling merchant and meteor legins (20%dmg, and 11* critt, but no additional mana)
And for drunk worlds, you can use the moonlord legs, that give you very high mobility in pre hardmode.

Hey necro, (if you see this) with the Fargo's omniwield you can get the same weapon and that will hit too
So basically you have two diamond staffs they will both shoot no matter what
please do this but with pistols

while magic missile may not work you should have gotten it to make the sky fracture it has 3 projectiles and has an insane crit chance

you should do a all swords at the same time plus the calamity mod
See this one is interesting, because not only do you want a weapon that attacks really fast, but you dont want the mana do be used up to fast. So you have to find the perfect balance between the 2 unlike with say bows where theres no mana so you just have to find the fastest attacking one

Hi necro, dont know if anyone else tought about this but what if you used the RPG mod (the one where the level of weapons rises based on hits) and this mod together if it even works together
The first shadow orb/crimson heart you break always drops the musket/Undertaker.

There really should be a "night's edge" staff by crafting every single gem staff into one.
