Depending on the context you will know. Or we say the name of the subject instead of saying he and she

@@smartmandarinkatrinalee OK, thanks for reply. It would be a great theme for a "beginner tutorial" how to do this. Example - when you in English refer to 3rd person. Such as "He is great" vs "She is great" or "will you meet (him vs her)" etc.
So you would use "Will you meet (John vs Jane)" ?
