- More Star Wars? Yes please! This was an extremely cool and well made short story, where we actually got to see things from an Imperial perspective.
We can't wait to try this game when it comes out!

Oh!!! Absolutely no doubt. I was thinking the same thing. This short showed exactly what Star Wars SHOULD be.... and why I fell in love with it in the first place looooong ago.
They don't want your love and support. They want your $$$. Now enjoy the sequel/prequel/anthology like your told.

I remember the Expanded Universe quoting numbers. The population of the Empire is huge and I doubt the war could've ended just by blowing up a "suppir sekrit sphess station" and vaporising the Emperor. Some systems would've changed their hats and flags, but some would've definitely kept to the Imperial side.
The Imperial Army itself is Big McLargeHuge.

@@Vchk1917 basically yes, all those sub-leaders-Moff and Grand moffs started in-fighting. Also, it' suggested (where?) that the Emperor's will kept everything together. and with him gone...

Absolutely no doubt about that! I would add the Prequels and Solo in there too - straight trash. Rouge One came pretty close though.... but this short is absolute Star Wars!

@@laminar0886 I will not put the prequels there just for the worldbuilding, that was his strong side and added a lot of things to Star Wars, while the sequels are mostly a repetition of character, situation, battles, narrative, design and elements of the original trilogy, with worst characters and worst plot.
You should watch Star Wars Tie Fighter fan animated short film, it also give a little perspective from Empire side of things..
according to databank grey is/was married and had a husband which also helps flesh the imperial side out more character wise. something new canon has done well with many imperial characters
this actually set up the campaign. if you play imperial side you replace titan 3, if you play new republic and vanguard squadron you replace the guy Grey Killed

I know it's an old game... we're right at its ninth anniversary at the moment... but I'd love to see your reactions to the cinematic trailers for Star Wars : The Old Republic. There's a total of three original trailers from before the game's launch: 'Return', 'Hope', and 'Deceived'. There are also two more from the expansions: 'Sacrifice' and 'Betrayed'.
As has often been the case with game trailers, they look nothing like the game itself, which has a more stylized, almost cartoonish look to it. But they hyped the game very well, and they capture the spirit of our beloved Star Wars universe, even if the events they portray took place 3000ish BBY. They are outstanding, all of them, and it would be so cool if an Old Republic era flick was produced by the same folks who made those trailers.
Anyhoo, just a hopeful suggestion... I'm lovin' your military history and Star Wars stuff...

I have been a huge fan of Star Wars since I think it was also my dad who introduced me with ANH. I've always been a huge fan of the Empire and even grown to say I support the ideals they have besides all the rule by fear and genocide lol. So Having Imperial focused stuff always makes me happy.
Edit: I also agree with the comments please react to the TIE Fighter Animation. If possible both the original and remastered ones.
