I love that I finally have a doable project that will give me some sense of accomplishment with sb heavy 10 and Clausing 8520 mill. I love the Craftman 150, and have used it many years without knowing there was a few upgrades to make it even better. subscribed!

Well thought out and executed. I've been always planning to do that to a Craftsman I had. Upgraded to a Clausing so no longer an issue but found it very interesting and informative. Excellent response to the socialist ( aka communist) about their flawed system. Ever notice how the biggest supporters of socialism bring nothing to the table. Kind of like the " friends" we all have who only show up when they need something. " Let's go Brandon". Keep up the good work

Hey Don! Love your vids. I want this add-on to my 150 but I don’t have the equipment nor ability to make it happen. Have you sold any of these mods as a finished product? If not, how about selling me a copy of the engineering so I can maybe get a local hobby machinist to make it for me.

Don forgive me for prying but I'm very curious about 2 things, what were you doing for the airforce that kept you in Europe for 30 years? and what country in Europe were you stationed that was communist? As you know I lived in West German (lol on the door step of commiies)

I wasn't in the AF the whole time. But I was heavy equipment mechanic/machinist, then Aircraft electronics guru, then stayed as my wife is EU. Taught technology classes at the college then HS level, until I returned to the US about 5 years ago.

I’d like to know which countries you lived in. The only true socialist countries were the Soviet Union, China, Eastern Europe, and some of the countries in Asia. In other words, those that we think of as communist. Ruled by communist parties (at least by name) but socialist governments and policies. It would be nice if people understood the differences.
