Astral Projection Meditation | Yoga Nidra with Binaural Beats

  • This Astral Projection Meditation | Yoga Nidra with Binaural Beats is designed to help you astral project (or have an out of body experience) with ease. Using yoga nidra (also known as NSDR or non sleep deep rest), you will be guided to a state of mind awake, body asleep. This is the optimal springboard for astral projection.
    Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will guided through a simple exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE). The astral travel meditation technique we explore in this guided meditation is called the doorway or portal technique. It's one of the exit techniques I often use to astral projection.
    My voice will then fall away, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out of body experience or deep sleep.
    The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep.
    Please note this OBE guided meditation is set to binaural beats, so it’s more effective with headphones.

    Hi Rosalie. Although I did not leave my body, I felt at times as though I were partially floating half way out. A most relaxing experience. At times there was a beautiful golden light that I have experienced before, once with an eye at the centre that I think may be a higher aspect of me. I will use this video more and see what happens. Thank you so much.

    Got out of body. I’m not a beginner but it had been about a month since I had been able to. I know relaxing is a big part of being able to obe so I’ve kept trying with your meditations because I find them so relaxing. I know I will end up sleeping or in this case astral projecting. Thank you :)

    Well this worked very well. It’s so important to relax your body to a point where it’s almost numb. It’s like shit down your body so your soul can exit. This is the first time I seen my soul with a blue color. And I wasn’t here I was in a different dimension. I was super freaked out when I jump back into my body I was so confused and I was seeing younger versions of myself and my family. It was crazy I couldn’t stop crying when I first woke up I was that confused but now it’s been over an hour and I’m starting to put the puzzle together point being this is a good meditation astral projection‘s are not all gonna be cupcakes of rainbows but it’s important to learn the message

      Hi Lisa. Thank you so much for sharing your experience - it sounds really powerful. You're absolutely right about losing sense of the body, like you're letting all sensations dissolve and you can no longer feel it. Some experiences can be really frightening or upsetting, but I truly believe that we only experience things that we are ready for. Maybe that experience showed you something that needs to be healed or worked through somehow. I would highly recommend keeping a dream/ astral projection journal and writing all of this done. It might help make things clearer. Good luck :)

    Hi Rosalie and thank you for this beautiful and helpful guidance.
    I have one little practical suggestion, to leave a couple more minutes of silence before the end of the video (or maybe 3 or 4) in order to have time to come back before the announcement kicks in (I'm not a premium user).
    A little bell or gong sound could help even further.

    Did this one after the other meditation kept bringing me back to my body. I didn’t read the comments until after and I noticed a lot of people were saying the same about coming back to their bodies several times with that one.
    This one had worked for me before so I tried it again and I got out of body again 👍🏼

    Thank you, Rosalie, this was an extremely relaxing experience for me. Been practicing yoga Nidra for a little over a year now, but complete beginner with out of body travel. I didn't leave but felt an upward pull and the sensation of part of me evaporating - enjoyed the feeling. Curious to try out your other out of body meditations.

      Oh same here. Hypnogogic state of almost 45 minutes (this video/guided meditation is amazing!! ) and the moment I floated in my street, the music faded and the ad kicked in. My autoplay is switched off. So sad. It finally happened.

    You are amazing. But I need to say I been having trouble projecting. I get to a deepest state of being sleep and mind awake, but I'm lost after that.

      do it when you're more tired and don't "wait" for anything to happen. this video has worked for me many times and what happens is i eventually don't even hear the words anymore, i just feel my body on the bed and i can move slowly and it's my astral body that is moving and i'm out!

    I opened the door to light, once i went through into the light and found what i miss most and the grief came and then my earbuds died 😢 I left the grief in that place and came back to this side and shut the door.

    I listened to this last night and I don't know if I got out or was just dreaming but I was being held down in bed in the dark. It was like something kept covering me with a body pillow or holding me down so I could not get up. I was struggling to get up but would not show fear. I kept cursing it out telling it that he better get the F off of me or I will kill it. I kept daring for it to show it's face. I was walking around in a dark house. It was definitely a demon or the devil. I felt the evilness. I woke up and went back to sleep (the video was still playing) and the same thing happened again. Being held down by something and me screaming at it in the dark to get the hell off of me. I kept threatening to beats its ass. Probably just a sick dream but it was so real and evil feeling.

      Hey. Thanks for sharing your experience - that doesn't sound very pleasant! Robert Peterson talks about the something called the "Guardian of the Threshold" which is basically manifestations of your subconscious fears that try to prevent you from getting out by scaring you. It's a psychological defense mechanism. There's a whole chapter about it in his last book, "Hacking the Out of Body Experience," which I'd highly recommend. I don't know if this is what happened to you, but it could be. At any rate, getting angry is definitely better than being afraid. If you're ever in doubt, the best thing is to abort the OBE or if you're feel brave, one trick Robert talks about is to project love and light at any negative entities. I personally raise my vibrations and quickly go elsewhere by thinking of a place I want to go to (or get snapped back in my body). I hope you have a better experience next time :)

      @@RosalieYoga Not pleasant at all. But back in the 90s, this was happening to me nearly every night. Waking up and being held down and I could not get up. When I would finally get up, being all freaked out that some demon was holding me down, I would feel my way across the wall in the dark room so I could put the light on. Every time I flicked the light switch up, the light would never turn on. Of course, in the morning, when I would flick the switch, the light would go on. My friend, who is a big believe of this out of body stuff said that I was out of my body during those times, which is why the light switch would not turn on. I am skeptical about all of this stuff. I say I am dreaming it all.
      That said, there was one time he convinced me to go out of body and I believe it did happen one night. I remember going deep out into space and was so scared that I would not be able to get back (Similar to going too far out into the ocean on the beach) so I turned it around. Again, I don't know if it was a dream or if I got out of body. I don't think there is any way to prove either.

      Hi Anthony, it was interesting to read about your experience as I had same experience in my younger years along with having a dream that I cannot turn on the light, the power is off.
      1. When you cannot move your body is called sleep paralysis, there is lots of stuff online if you would like to find out more. I had it for years and I still remember once, during paralysis i was able to move my pinky finger which did the trick of never having same experience agin.
      2. Not being able to turn on the light for me was related to underlying anxiety, feeling stuck in current situation and fear of future.
      When circumstances changed in my life (finished studies, found a job, stable relationship) experiences and dreams stopped never had them again. Wishing you all the best.

    What should i do to not experience any astral travel because i am really afraid of these kind of things ..i just want to meditate for focusing in my studies as a student..

    Hi Rosalie. Since I started doing your meditations my health has become progressively bad. It feels like very bad cold and becoming flu with the accompanying headaches and body aches. I’ve stopped now and am trying to return my body to good health - has this happened before and what can I do? I’m really concerned. If I’m unwell medication sorts it out very quickly but this is not happening in this instances. I feel like it is getting worse by the day even though I’ve ceased the meditations

      Hi Wendy. I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. It might be a good idea to go the doctor if you're not getting better? I don't think there's any connection with the meditations though. It's quite the opposite as binaural beats slow your brain waves and can bring you to a theta state, where deep healing can occur. It sounds like you have a bad cold or flu - rest well and definitely go to the doctor if you're not getting better! Take good care of yourself.

      Wendy, you may be experiencing some cognitive dissonance. It happened to Me as well, but the meditation saved me. I was able to astral project, ‘Because Of ‘meditation and binaural shifts. “FIND YOUR BREATH” and you will be on your way to healing yourself. If it’s a physical ‘bug’ or something, then you need a way to for test that. Take care of yourself and just breathe. 🕊🥷❤️‍🩹
