      @@YhuntermusicI have a question. Can I use serato sampler, which allows me to stem out samples, using this version on the iPad? I know I can use it with the desktop version but was wondwondering if you knew?

    Ok what about CHOPPING samples tho. The quick sampler on Logic for iPad is absolutely horrendous when it comes to time stretching an imported song samples to fit the beat. Just for instance, if I took like a 4 second sample from a James brown song and had the quick sampler “follow tempo” it would completely find its own BPM and not sync up to the session at all. Is there a way to fix this? Or an alternate route?

    • @Yhuntermusic
      @Yhuntermusic  ปีที่แล้ว

      You first have to get the sample lined up by finding the tempo then flex it. Once you’ve got that locked then you can chop it like how I did in the video and hit “follow tempo”

    Thanks bro, Quick question, I wanted to use my other music app in Logic . Example like Beat Maker 3 and Koala sampler or Launchpad. Like there is no Audio Bus.

    • @Yhuntermusic
      @Yhuntermusic  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not optimized for that yet unfortunately

  • @jivexero

    How do you actually record a sample into Logic Pro from the iPad. (From like TH-cam or Spotify)

    • @Yhuntermusic
      @Yhuntermusic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1. Use clip grab for desktop to get the video and or audio from TH-cam
      2. Save it to Dropbox or iCloud
      3. Import it in like I did using the Files app
      4. You can actually record you're own audio via an interface
      I hope this helped lol!

    • @jivexero
      @jivexero ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Yhuntermusic a, for that I use audio hijack by rogue amoeba. I was actually trying to avoid using the desktop and do this ipad only. It's probably not possible at the moment. Although I think there might be a clip grab for ipad / iphone.

      What I’ve done on iPad is screen record TH-cam and then take the recording and import it into Final Cut or any video program that takes video and then I export the video as audio only from the video software… this has been the only way I’ve been able to get around not using interfaces or my desktop setup.

    Man I was hoping you'd actually sample into the iPad, like via an audio input of sorts, from a record player. Sure this is a useful video, no doubt, but it's not really about sampling into an iPad.

    • @Yhuntermusic
      @Yhuntermusic  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You can definitely record to the iPad using an interface. Either way, the audio is going to end up in the same sampler I used. The result is going to be the exact same. Appreciate the feedback though.
