I worked at several horse farms and yes, they are very expensive to own. If you can’t afford the expenses that come with owning one don’t buy one.

So actually the defendant had zero incentive to do this which is even more embarrassing and stupid. This is the wrong attempt to get your 5 mins of fame if this was her motivation and definitely the wrong show! JJ is a known animal activist and detest people like her. And she has no problem embarrassing people on the regular. She really is an idiot and should stay far away from any animals or any living things for that matter. Animals are not inanimate objects with no feelings. They are sentient beings who deserve to be cared for as well as human beings - even BETTER, since they are more vulnerable. I cannot stand animal abusers. They need prison time, every time.

My husband and I took care of two horses next door to us that was very skinny, not taken care of, fed them for two years, vetted them as well…we started caring for them because they obviously wasn’t being taking care of, their bones were showing.
We fattened them up good, they were healthy, no thank you, nothing, suddenly they disappeared.
Went over and found out they sold them.
We didn’t sue them, just knowing they were taken care of, made my heart happy.
I am convinced that they were going to starve the horses to death before you took care of them instead of selling them.

@@edwardranno7119 In America you can do your own shoeing. In England where I am only a farrier can shoe a horse, it's £60 a set every six weeks. So yes your neighbour is rich or skilled with doctoring/shoeing horses.

The boarding stable should have never kept the horse for that long bc of unpaid boarding fees. Their contract should protect them from that. I used to board animals, my contract stated that if any part of the bill become overdue after 14 days, the animal then became mine. that did happen, and i sold the animal to recover the boarding fee.
So the peoples court and Judge Judy coming out with a horse episode on the same day OK I see the collaboration 😊

horses hurt themselves all the time outside. They pull shoes, they run around and play together, could have stepped on a rock. They need to get their feet done by a farrier every 6 weeks, the defendant wasn't even paying the board bill, let alone the farrier or a vet bill. Shame on the defendant.
