At least to my view, neither of these are close to the worst neighborhoods that Charlie's made videos of. Most of the housing/rowhouses seem to be occupied & being maintained (few boarded-up windows or burned-out housing), lots of modern cars on the street, even some new construction at 4:41...nobody's going to mistake these for the French Quarter or Rittenhouse Square, to be sure, but they're not shantytowns, either.
People got my city twisted it’s so many nice homes in the hood in Philly I mean nice like a quarter million and up nice people get it confused cause the neighborhood looks harsh or is harsh.

I’ve been to Detroit the two cities aren’t comparable. Philly has 1.7 million people living in a city built in the 1600 & 1700’s. It’s congested. Detroit has wide streets, single homes & a much smaller population.

The men in Mexico have more pride and dignity to at least maintain the community they live in instead of letting it turn into a trash can. Men in these type of areas suck but you can't say anything because the feelings police will get mad.
