I was feeling so down about my own health situation. This interview and introduction to Malkie certainly put it into perspective and i am so grateful to Hashem for giving me the koach that I need and Malkie is giving me the reminder that I have koach and I need to use it. Thank you.

Tzadeikes tzadeikes...no words what this woman teaches us. Every breath is so precious and every move a miracle and a precious gift. And we're busy worrying over ridiculous stuff? If this doesnt teach and & motivate us to be better people in every area of life...we are ungrateful people...selfish! May Hashem grant you menuchas hanefesh and may every joy available to mankind pursue you. You are amazing, humble..giving yourself to the rebbonoi shel olem in that your acceptance of the most agonizing situation has compelled you to understand what Hashem really wants of us. Thank you thank you thank you. You are a great teacher, mentor...and your purpose in life is definitely defind!
Thank you meaningful minute...! Bring us good news...lots of it!

I became septic in 2016. It started with cellulitis that I didn’t take care of and I became confused and very sick. I went to Columbia also because we live in Washington heights. I was put into an induced coma and they did a tracheostomy which I have to this day. I was tube fed but bli ayin hara i can eat and I take care of the trache myself. I have my limbs and I use a walker. I am a nurse and obviously can’t work anymore. I cried at the end of Malky’s story. She is an inspiration ❤

This was an absolutely incredible and moving interview. The vulnerability and rawness was admirable and I cannot applaud Malkie enough for sharing her heart and soul with us. I have listened to almost all of your interviews and this one left me so incredibly moved and changed. I felt so connected to Malkie, as a working mother who hates accepting help and always strives for independence. I kept seeing myself in Malkie and crying during this interview. Part of giving is also receiving and I thank you for reminding me of that Malkie. Hashem should continue to give you a refuah and you should go from strength to strength in everything you do. I can truly honestly say I am changed from listening to this interview and will need to continue to listen to this one many more times until it sinks in further. Thank you!!

Thank you Malki your a true Malka!
Keep on inspiring people and giving them the strength they need! You are 100% right, the impact should stay for more then just 5min and also turn in to actions but its not all up to us, we each do or should do our part. You really do and are able to inspire people and giving them strength and gratitude but its up to each individual to make it last and act on it and i believe one can, but that part doesn't need to be on your shoulders. Keep on inspiring and shine your light onto others!
Thank you so much for sharing your story, showing us your strength, proving us that everything is possible and making us acknowledge how much we all have and need to be thankful for!!!

A determined inspiring remarkable special individual of a woman!
And as Nachi said 'that some people might just curl up' and 'who knows what....
For some individuals whom do not have any family/are afraid or embarrassed to tell any of the people around them about what is going on in their own personal life....There are so many people who live w chronic pain dealing w various health issues which can also lead to a need for therapy, which here in Eretz Yisroel, there is a great lack of English-speaking therapists around all around the country, that some of us feel like 'why am I still alive? Because for some people their physical pains cause them great emotional pain that they don't know how to deal w Life anymore..
I write this as a person w certain health issues and emotional issues that I have had suicidal thoughts in my life and often feel 'what does HaShem want from me?' But I have a daughter whom is married and they live w his parents in a beautiful house w a garden and a tree house that although it is a long bus ride for me to get to them foe a visit, and I 'pay for it' afterwards in my own physical pain that comes along w my emotional joy being w their family; that I'm accepted as a part of all their family as Bubby.
I have one friend who also has some health issues that have caused her emotional pain w a great need for a therapist who speaks in the language of English, but there's great lacking in her area. She is widowed several years ago and has an aunt whom lives five minutes from her home that they live in the same yishuv. My friend is often depressed and wishes she was not awake to see another day. She never had any children, by choice; her family is who live on the yishuv where she moved to six years ago.
So who knows what really drives a person to find the emotional capacity to push forward to live, to live the best life that they can...
I know that I don't have any work already for a long time, but I receive a stipend of Disability from Bituach Leumi in Israel; that gives me a little money...due to health difficulties, I had to decide to stop working about eight years ago.
So I watch my tv and TH-cam channels and my podcasts.
Blessings, love and prayers for all, from Israel 🇮🇱.
