Rabbi usher Wade said that on his journey in studying Torah. One of his non-jews friends asked him. If the Torah has all the salutations in making a better healthier and happy person. Why don't they (meaning the Jews) keep it themselves. And unfortunately it's true. But we have seen that the couples who have mastered it. Over all are truly happy and grow happier and strong with every challenge. May Hashem keep on giving you the koach you need to help others see that he is with them every step of the way.
