Was stranded for two days trying to get to Nc.from Charleston Wv.to watch my granddaughter being born and yes we missed it that was 15 years ago on the 18 of December and she is doing great ❤️

What was going on at the oakwood exit in Charleston this evening? All kinds of cop cars there around 6:30 or so.
