I am thankful that you shared this challenging yet beautiful section of the AT with us! There are so many natural sights to see. Hopefully Twitch will be okay.
@@LumberjackPa Thank you for watching and commenting. Yes, twitch’s boo boo is aw bwedder now. 😂 We hiked the next section last week and Twitch forded a high water brook this time while the rest of us chickened out.😬
Some beautiful viewpoints but this section looked like a buttkicker. You all looked exhausted. I think I prefer the last section you guys did over this one. The A.T giveth and the A.T taketh away. Great job in pushing through
@@travelingRonman So true! Most of the thru-hikers we’re chatting with have been complaining about NY being a mess, so I’m sure we haven’t seen the end of rough days. I’m hopeful we can start NY this season. We should finish CT next month so there’s time to get a couple NY sections in.
@@mikewhitt4602 There was a lot of crankiness to go around for sure! After coming off one of our favorites this one was a big reality check. But I sure was happy to be enjoying my coffee the next morning at my kitchen table and not waking up on the trail and doing it all over again. Thanks for watching!

@krohikinghappens500 I look forward to checking out Twitch's bravery!
This section looked really challenging - so many rocks. Some nice viewpoints along the way.
@@hikingoutdoorfamily Definitely the hardest section so far. It was just a few days ago so I feel we’re still recovering. Thanks for watching!

Looks like a tough one! Bugs, elevation +/-, rocks, etc. None of y’all looked very happy.
