Lovely day for a drive. I find it fascinating how the landscape changes. One area with perfect landscaping and trees that look like lollipops to a totally laid back view that any city could boast with homes from the 70's. Great drive. Thank you. GOD bless
Thanks Susan! Yah the landscape definitely changes from area to area. Bel Air is a lot bigger than I had expected while driving. I can't imagine how big some of these homes really are!
Your channel is quite relaxing and a bit nostalgic for me. I lived and worked there forty years ago and haven't returned. I still dream of it tho. Thanks.
@@Omwvlog Up in the hills not really. I worked a valet job and was in Beverley Hills, Bellaire, Mulholland, etc and that's how I remember it. I'd like to see Ventura Blvd through the Valley, end to end. I lived in Woodland Hills, but took a bus to Sherman Oaks daily.
Would you say that LA and the surrounding areas aren't as popular as they use to be. I can only imagine what they were like in the 80's and 90's (my era of my youth, teenage years)
I'd say its grown so much since the 80s. the population of California in 1980 was just under 24 million. In 2020 it was just under 40 million. I think LA will always be popular. Thanks for watching!
What is the building at 15.02 surely thats not somebodys house? Is it offices? It is so bizarre looking in a good way. Also the lamp posts are beautiful, very old Hollwood.
Nowhere is perfect. Hence creators like this show the unvarnished truth, not what social media and mainstream media want us to see. Perfection is an illusion.
There are no potholes. However, I think the rough appearance is due to constant low grade earthquakes. Even some of the driveways in LA have a splintered look to them because fixing it is completely futile.
The roads don't look "perfect" like they appear on television and in films. How do they make the streets' pavement look even, uniform in color, stain-free, pothole and crack-free? In MDLLA, the Joshes are always driving around the Bird Streets and maybe it's me, but the actual streets always look as fancy and flawless as the multi -million dollar listings. I'm surprised to learn that the super wealthy neighborhoods don't have poshly paved roads. Lol
@mhm6 nah i like the age I am. All that self doubt and wanting to follow the crowds/lifescript. But then I'm not in pain or on medication for my age so 🤷♀️
to me it looks like Bel Air is a boring place to be..nothing going on and everything is hidden...I think Beverly hills would be much more fun place to be with more sights....I would pick Beverly Hills over Bel Air as my place to live...In a fantasy world...😁💲💲💲
Yah it definitely is a secluded private residential area with not much to do. There is the Bel Air Hotel and country club that is popular with the residents and celebrities.
I live in Texas, and my husband has been a highway construction supervisor for 40+ years..... The shape of the streets in California are terrible. This is unbelievable !!
thank you for sharing this video
Beautiful scenery and very informative to see the name of the roads passing the tour ❤️
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you!
It is always impressive to see the greenery of Southern California in January !
Considering how grey Britain is its an escape for me.

Interesting and infinitely beautiful. Thank you very much
Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!
Landscaping must make a killing here😂
Seriously! job security lol

Debbie it's a house! I loved the lamp posts as well!
It always amazes me how once barren hills of LA have been converted into a lush forest.
Hi Antonia! Yah it is pretty amazing.
Nice landscaping, but some of the streets look like they need to repaved.
Yes I agree!
Why is there so much water on the roads?
I think there was some type of city maintenance or something going on because I do remember seeing work trucks and people in a particular area
Magnifique merci ! ❤
Thanks for watching!
It’s possible for you to drive in Hidden Hills?
I’ll have to do some research but I think it’s a closed community to only residents so I can’t get in
Very relacing and enjoable. They say Holmby Hills more expensive and exclusive than the 3 'B's. On your radar for a video?
Thanks Nick! Yes! I was actually planning a Holmby Hills drive next!
That's a proper neighborhood
It is! Thanks for watching!
LEGAL....OBRIGADO......BRAZIL....HERE
Obrigado por assistir!
For such a wealthy place I'd expect the pavement on the streets to be perfect 😢
Did you spy any unpatched potholes? If so, where?

In regards to streets in LA, you'll lose many a night's sleep worrying about perfection. You need a new hobby.
The road is full of cracks and potholes. Which is not what I would expect from Bel Air.
Yah I'd have to agree with you. Thanks for watching!

Im guessing you've heard of this thing called photoshop? They have that for movies and shows as well. Gives a distorted view of "perfection".
Oh to be young again

This must be where Fresh Prince lived!
Sure does!
Keno favorite place to live 😂🎉
Thanks for watching!
😍
Thank you!
Unfortunately, most of the awesome homes in Bel Air are hidden behind hedges and fences.
Yes it’s unfortunate!
Hedgegate woild be a better name....lol
Hahaha it actually would be!

I’d love too! Will have to get a better camera for night recording

Nice! Great area!
shrubbery tour
🤷🏻♂️
All I see is shrubbery, streets in disrepair and
lots and lots of garbage cans!
