I know its just down to luck but if you get 2 paintings in the office and swim off the island using the scuba suit I think this is the fastest way to get the elite. I completed it this way in something like 6 minutes and I took my time

I really wanna do the long fin approach but I can’t get the gate cut in time and as soon as I finished cutting I realised I started drowning by the third row. and I have 80% oxygen level
I tried to do this with a boat approach too. But my rebreather got bugged and can't be used while cutting the grate. So, I spend another 20 min doing Kosatka prep mission just to get the scuba suit and restart the heist with it. By the way, great RNG in this run...2 stacks of coke in one spot.
imagine if the safe codes were 50 50 50. Then you would have to redo the entire heist with the setups to get something better. Ps- 99 99 99 is fine because you just have to go backwards once on each line. it’s the equivalent of getting 01 01 01

Just did a scope out with two paintings in the office. If you can get that you can easily beat this time by about a minute because you won’t need to go to the main dock you can leave off the cliff. I’m going to try but I don’t think I’m fast enough
this reminds me of the fleeca bank heist mission where its obvious rockstar has allowed for some reason for us to grind and make as much money as quickly as possible with a few exploits

This is mad. I did the elite challenge and I tried to go as fast as I could. I got a time of 12min 3 seconds. At 5min58 I was only just taking the ruby necklace.... This is incredible. Edit: After watching all of it, that's so smart why go through the office where there's loads of guards and 4 fingerprints when you can go through the exit with 1 fingerprint.
Can you choose the way you enter the same way you escape the island... ( you can choose any way to escape the island... you don't have to pick the prepared escape plan)
This is an awesome run. Clearly to get the best possible time, you want those two coke spawns at the main docks. I'm guessing you restarted the heist to get this - how many times did it take? Not to take anything away from the performance, which I couldn't replicate regardless of RNG. But obviously I've you wind up with cash or weed there you've to take 3 or 4 stashes instead of two, which takes what, an extra 20-30 seconds?
Not possible. Because the son is really old and Mini Madrazzos mom is still the same age as the story mode. This would have been in future but the characters are still the same age. Like Lamar and Lester for eg.
At the start u stopped the boat and then jumped out. I think u can save time by going fast with boat and jump out, but it would be hard to land close to the sewer hole then.

Quick tip when cutting the drain tunnel aim on the bottom bar at the corner where they meet and you can cut both of the two bars at same time

Only getting spotted within the compound (or before entering it) will void the elite. Getting spotted afterwards is fine, like with Casino heists.

My camera was locked in first person for some reason and I managed to still complete the elite challenge
