Ingredients:
Oil - As Required
Curry Leaves (1st) - 1-2 Stalks
Onion - 2-3 Large Sized, Finely Chopped
Ginger/Garlic Paste - 3-4 Tbsp
Tomato - 2 Medium Sized, Finely Chopped
Green Chili - 2-3 Pcs, Split Half
Chili Powder - 2 Tbsp
Prawns - 500 GM, Deveined
Salt - As Required To Taste
Coriander Leaf - A Handful, Finely Chopped
White Pepper - 1-2 Tbsp
Water - ¾ Cup
Black Pepper - 1 - 2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves (2nd) - 1-2 Stalks

Hi I just did this recipe for lunch and it was good. All of us enjoyed it. Only thing I can’t seem to replicate the final colour that you have gotten. What Spice powder do u use? Otherwise all is goood.

Chilli powder sis use babas normal chilli powder or kashmiri chilli powder? Bcs the color so nice
Hi! I always use Baba's Chili Powder dear, let alone it's spicy and red in color but not as vibrant compared to Kashmiri Chili Powder which is not spicy at all but I use them rarely for certain recipes just for the super vibrant color.

What ingredients to use the add on the spicy level. Pls guide me thanks
Hi! This recipe is already spicy enough dear since it's chettinadu style but to adjust the spicy tolerance, you may modify the masala powders such as Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder and Red Chili Powder less or more depend on your preference. To mellow down the spiciness you can always add yogurt and it makes the dish creamy yet rich too. We hope this explanation helps you out too.
