Spicy Prawns Roast | Spicy Prawns Fry | Seafood Starters | Delicious Chilli Garlic Prawns
Spicy Prawns Roast is a bold and flavorful South Indian-inspired dish, featuring juicy, marinated prawns roasted with fragrant spices, curry leaves, and a hint of mustard seeds. The prawns are cooked with sliced onions and garlic, bringing out a rich, spicy, and tangy taste that pairs perfectly with steamed rice or as an appetizer
So here’s the amazing ingredients from my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients
For Marination :
350 gms Prawns ( after being deshelled & deveined)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Other Ingredients :
3 to 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
½ tsp Mustard Seeds (rai)
4 nos. Green Chillies (use as per your spice tolerance)
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
2 medium size Onions (thinly sliced)
½ tsp Salt
8 to 10 Garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
