What a beautiful building! Thank you for showing those units. 16M baht equals about 455K usd. Seems kinda pricey for a 1 bedroom for Thailand.
Yes, they must be crazy, in a place where the minimum wage is 300$, of course it doesn't appeal to those people. But it is not a developed and prosperous country for the rich to prefer. After all, 500.000$ today you can own a detached house in the USA and you will get at least 2.500$ return. They are crazy!

Haven't seen a pool table yet but this is the best modern /contemporary execution I have seen far. A real stunner!!!
Excellent video. I spent 3 months on a short term rental in this building. I can honestly say that it's first class in term of location, amenities and service. Potential buyers will not be disappointed..5 stars.

Changes I would want: a separate in-suite laundry closet for both a washer and dryer machines and not the single combo unit.
A larger balcony. The primary bedroom ensuite bathroom with just a large shower and the guest bathroom with a bath tub. Also, the primary bedroom to have a wall-in closet.
Other than that, I like what I saw. :)
The bathrooms are almost bigger than the bedrooms

very nice and they got the bathroom correct by making a wetroom (shower and tub in one-inclosure). i like the walls in the 3-bedroom, black glass cabinet doors, add some black mirrors and gold fixtures and you would have a show piece. BUT, i am a Big American, those apartments need to be 2 or 3 - times the size.
