Advaita Vedanta is the honey of all dharmic history not for feint of heart or tamasic individuals involved in blood of others. It's words draw 1 to look @ creation very differently so the words are meant to be the spark that kindles the fire in true spiritual seekers only.
I am grateful for this community and for all who help put this information out. It is so deeply needed in our times. Also can someone please share the books he talks about in the beginning and where one might find them? All the blessings 🕉️☮️💚💡🕉️

Its no and yes because the truth is about reconciling opposites. It is about true equality, each idea existing within the opposite idea. True balance, equilibrium.😊

Interesting discussion around 24:30 about the omniscience of Ishvara vis-a-vis a jivan mukta. As I understand the Upanishads, they reveal that the svarupa (real nature) of a jiva is identical to the svarupa of Ishvara. Since omniscience is the real nature of Ishvara it follows logically that a jivan mukta is omniscient in reality as well. However, it must also be noted that Mundaka 1.1.9 reveals that Ishvara is not only omniscient in reality (i.e., sarvajna) but omniscient in appearance (i.e., sarvavit) as well. In contrast, although a jivan mukta is omniscient in reality the same cannot be said about their appearance. So, while both Ishvara and a jivan mukta are sarvajna (all knowledge in reality), only Ishvara is sarvavit (all knowledge in appearance). As further support for the argument above, we must note that if a jivan mukta (or any jiva) were nescient in reality then Ishvara would be rendered non-omniscient, which cannot be! This is because if a jiva is nescient in reality then the real omniscience of Ishvara ends when and where the real nescience of a jiva begins.
The question around 25:00 “Will a jivan mukta become all-knowing like (Upanishadic) God?” is logically sound only if we parse it as “Will a jivan mukta IN APPEARANCE become all-knowing like (Upanishadic) God IN APPEARANCE?”. I submit that, without relying on the Upanishads, a correct categorical answer to this re-framed question cannot be offered by any individual through their powers of perception and reasoning alone. Either a YES or a NO answer to the aforesaid question by an individual (sans Upanishadic wisdom) would render God an object of knowledge of the individual, thereby rendering God an insentient object (jada) which cannot be! Therefore, we must rely on the Upanishads to infer the NO answer to the aforesaid question. Interestingly, the Upanishads imply that the answer to the question “Will a jivan mukta IN APPEARANCE remain small-knowing like God IN APPEARANCE?” is YES. The upshot is that God, per the Upanishads, is both all-knowing as well as small-knowing IN APPEARANCE. With the upadhi (apparent conditioning adjunct) of ishvaratvam (lordship), God is all-knowing while with the upadhi of jivatvam (individuality) God is small-knowing. An all-knowing God cannot be said to be all-knowing if God does not know what it is to be small-knowing!
Can you kindly explain, why the Omniscience of Iishvar can not be infinite enough to accommodate the nescience of any or all jeev-mukta beings? Afterall at the end of the day, a jeev-mukta person too, is _(for the lack of better term)_ a mere "reflection" of the Iishvar to begin with. Right?
@@RahulSingh-io4fx Thank you for engaging with me on this thread. As you noted, the omniscience of Ishvara is infinite or limitless. This implies that there is never a moment in time when Ishvara ceases to be omniscient. Now, let us consider the possibility of a jiva that is never omniscient, as you posit. Logically, this would imply that ever-omniscient Ishvara could never know what it means to be a never-omniscient jiva! Since this is a logical contradiction, we must reject the premise of the argument, i.e., the never-omniscient (or ever-nescient) nature of a jiva. Also, I have a much different view of what it means to be a jivan mukta (free while living) than what you present. By definition, a jivan mukta is one that is certain of being free from the limitations of the body and mind. Since nescience is a limitation of the mind, it follows that a jivan mukta is free of nescience. Hence, the premise of a nescient jivan mukta that you posit lacks validity. Further, per Sri Shankara’s articulation of the Upanishads, a jivan mukta is verily Ishvara and not just a “mere reflection” of Ishvara as you suggest. Hope this clarifies my position; if not, I welcome further discussion on this topic.
Perhaps, a way to explain the issue with omniscience is that the enlightened may not perceive all of the universe at once, knowing every single detail at any moment, but has access to that knowledge whenever he chooses so. In that way it would make sense and solve the apparent contention.
Hello Guru. I loved the development. Concerning the error and the knowledge to be free from the error… what about in deep sleep where there is seemingly no involvement of the mind! The witness consciousness which is our true nature revealing that we have been involved in deep sleep! What if it was an error as well?! Because i think nothingness that we experience in deep sleep is an object as well! And that object might be the one known by the mind also instead of witness consciousness which is our true nature! What in that stage of deep sleep let us know for sure that the nothingness we experience is done by witness consciousness instead of the mind since nothingness is also an object that can be known by the mind!

Contemplating Brahma Sutras, Upanishads, Avadoota Astavakra Gita is just a Tip of the Iceberg, Real progress in Spiritual life comes when Internally there is :
Intense discernment of Eternal & Non Eternal

But it is. Important that spiritual guides know the basic of the philosophy they are preaching.
