Yes the ladder makes such a difference to use of space, how ever one thing about the platforms it’s a shame that you can have things under it. Like some people have platforms and a room under it....does that make sense. To have a room under you have to have the bed on the second floor.

This is beautiful! I love loft builds! Also, too funny, but when you were working on the kitchen layout, I was like "oh no, where's she gonna put the bathroom?" but then you answered my question for me lol

My only problem is a potential falling hazard if it's midnight and you gotta pee, or if you have a full bladder or need to poo, getting down the ladder would be difficult!

No dresser needed just chest to CAS! That’s what I do if I need too. I love the open shelves too in a tiny home. I’ve been wanting a house with a loft and now I can see how to do one and download this one!

I just found out today that ladders were added to base game. I didn't know and I'm so glad I do now. I love it so much and this video helped me make a lift because that's the first thing I wanted to do with one

Very beautiful. And so smart to place the bed on the second floor to save up much needed space below. Your home looks cozy yet spacious thanks to all these windows. I'm only missing a computer, but other than that it looks simply amazing.
The computer on a one-tile desk could have been placed next to the bed, right, and the plant could then be placed elsewhere? Or would that still caused have patching issues to be bed?

Adorable. I've been doing the 100 baby challenge, and of course I can't follow the rules. When my teens grow up to young adults they either get married or move out on their own, but I can't just kick them out in the cold. So I've been building them tiny homes to move in to, but I'm totally downloading this one for the teen that is after the current one. The current one is moving into an apartment. lol

All of my items are from Expansion Packs/Game Packs/Stuff Packs. I don't use CC. I didn't limit pack usage in this build, so I'm likely using most of the available packs. aw thanks so much Amanda :)
