Greetings to you all. My family recipe we boil eggs first, separate the white from the yolks, then mix together the raw meat with the boiled whites, then fry everything together. Once it is cooked together, we add the raw eggs and continue frying until the meat and eggs stay together. That way it will be easier to stuff the chicken.😀
Oh my!! That surely does take cumino. Not the original relleno from the. Village people in Corozal. I always tell the servers at the Mexican Restaurant here in the US that the original recipes from Mexico don’t have cumin. The a Puerto Ricans and Cubans use cumin but they know exactly how much to use so as not to overpower the recipes. I have tasted the lechón ( pork) with the cumin prepared by a Cuban and positively say I didn’t taste the cumin. Relleno doesn’t take any cumin. Ay yay yay man!! Well, to each his own. I knuw that the best relleno and chilmole recado contra from Corozal. No offense!! “Rebose, no, se hierve. 😮😮😂😂😂
