Hi Guys, indeed it looks gorgeous but I wander if the property is situated 20 minutes from Guarda, 2 hours from Porto, and close to the Spanish border, how can it be on your website in Ansiao, Freguesia Santiago da Guarda in Leira district? The Guarda close to the Spanish border is in District of Guarda or am I mistaken. But I love it and I wish you both a happy new year

What type of fruits can be grown in this area?Any chances to be flooded ? I notice it is in a valley

well it will get boggy down in the bottom when it rains a lot, but not flooding as far as i could tell, as for fruits most will grow here in the season or longer in a greenhouse.
