The worst part about this pack is when you finally get into the loop of building a house, or trying to make a farm, and you get really invested and engaged in it, and while you're in the middle of planning the build herobrine shows up and scares the shit out of you
Playing Minecraft with friends was fun and memorable. But playing a singleplayer world always made me feel like I wasn't alone. Yes there are hostile mobs trying to kill me all the time, but the feeling that there's someone else too. Minecraft survival has always do that to me. Idk if it just because I just always play on multiplayer servers before, but that feeling still lingers in my solo world. This mode might have elevated that feeling 10 times

They should look into making it so that when you're in an underground biome and trying to go up, it copies the original world generation (but reversed or something to make it look fluid) back and forth further and further up so it feels like you go on forever, until eventually leading back to the true area again after a while.

I had the exact same experience with how I found out about the game. I think I was in for a doctor's appointment when I was 5, bored in the waiting room so I asked one of my parents if I could download a game on their phone and I did so. I played it in early 2012 I believe. I think I built a house out of bookshelves on a lake or something just after they added the creative mode feature to the game.

I remember there was a way to play minecraft for free with your own username and everything that you could change whenever. It was back in 2012 on the school computers. Used to play it all the time, then there was lite which I started playing on my iPad which shortly after I got the actual game and used to join random servers with a full black skin and creep up in children and scare em. So a note on the texture quirks: This is one of the defining features of PS1 graphics and is due to two things - Affine Texture Mapping and a lack of sub-pixel precision (no floating numbers). Basically, the first thing deals with textures that are generally good at showing perspective straight on, either tilted on a vertical or horizontal axis but not on any other unusual angle, and the second issue basically means that values are in whole numbers only (i.e. 1.4568 would be 1). Mix that with low resolution and that's why polygons and textures on the PS1 are known to be really jumpy and strange with their textures.

I had the exact same experience with how I found out about the game. I think I was in for a doctor's appointment when I was 5, bored in the waiting room so I asked one of my parents if I could download a game on their phone and I did so. I played it in early 2012 I believe. I think I built a house out of bookshelves on a lake or something just after they added the creative mode feature to the game.
The limited blocks is so nostalgic and I remember the bookshelf being one of my most used blocks back the for sure😂

I thought that fog in the nether when it was first introduced in Minecraft was similar to the fog in Silent Hill. And now that Minecraft is in ps1graphics, it really amplified that thought even more especially with that horrific scream.

I remember there was a way to play minecraft for free with your own username and everything that you could change whenever. It was back in 2012 on the school computers. Used to play it all the time, then there was lite which I started playing on my iPad which shortly after I got the actual game and used to join random servers with a full black skin and creep up in children and scare em. I think I was only like 10 haha.
