The living proof dry shampoo is amazing! As a brand they won a technology award (usually won by the likes of apple/samsung etc) for a molecule which actually attaches to dirt/sweat within the hair so that when you brush the product out, you actually brush out the sweat and dirt too! This is how it cleans your hair! 100% worth the price tag compared to a regular dry shampoo ❤️

I’ve used the kerastase brand for the best part of a year now after trying to get my hair back to health after bleaching it loads. I swear by it! Also highly recommend the resistance range to repair the hair too

Best dry shampoos are Lidl own brand and Klorane oat milk dry shampoo. I have spent so much money trying others and these are the best. Klorane was the first dry shampoo and was created for woman on maternity wards.
I use to love getting living proof in birchbox/glossybox

My fave atm is the Revolution Plex range. I have 3 to 6. I kinda fried my hair the other week when I did a colour remover and then a bleach bath... My hair is better than it was now

@@stephanietoms it really is! 3 is the bonding stuff, and it's also a cream. 4 is the shampoo, 5 is the conditioner and 6 is the styling cream with a heat protectant. My hair has grown a little since using too, and it's much softer and shinier 😊 for the full set atm it's £28

if you're looking for an affordable lashes/eyebrows serum I would DIE for 4 LONG LASHES by Oceanic. you can get it on amazon for like £20 and it is DEFINITELY worth it. It's technically an eyelash serum, but i've been using it on both for the past two months or so, and I have seen a HUGE difference. I had some holes in my eyebrows from the plucking days and I finally have hair there again after like 10 years! and my eyelashes have NEVER been this long. I wear glasses and used to put 2-3 mascaras on to get a nice length and thickness, now I only use one and have to be careful to not put too much because they literally touch my glasses. Don't know how it compares to the revitalash one as I haven't tried that, but for 20 quid?! IT'S WORTH IT!
I have chronic migraine and I love Vicks vapour rub, eucalyptus menthol albus oil etc. And Superdrug have their own brand one I'm trying next. I feel a little mad.
Oh you probably know but a nice minty perfume is ‘Dirty’ from lush. It helps with my migraines too :)

I've tried a few different pricier shampoos and conditioners, I didn't really rate the kerestase, one I've recently tried out and absolutely love is Hask, they sell it in sainsburys, boots, superdrug, I did some training about it at work, silicone free, drying alcohol free etc, I think you would absolutely love it! It's made a huge difference to my dry, damaged hair, I also just started using there argan oil too! It's all so dreamy on my hair! Xx

Btw primark has the best cleansing oil I’ve ever used! So easy to use fragrance free and washes off super easily ... only £3, I bought 5 yesterday 😂
EXACTLY why did tatcha send you PR when even you cant buy your own refills. It pisses me off when brands send products to influencers in countries that don't even stock their products.
Current favourite makeup is Body Collection illuminating primer.
Girlll you really need to try the andrew fitzsimons dry shampoo from primark, its really really good and doesnt leave a white cast when you fluff or brush it out

Can you please explain how you got diagnosed with ADHD? I have always struggled my whole life with ADHD symptoms and have been told by multiple people including back in school that I could have it. I know it’s harder to be diagnosed as an adult and being a girl too, so wondering how you went about this please? Xx

ahhh i so will! the only reason i haven't done a video yet is because every time i did lots of things changed, so i didn't wanna do a video if i didn't even know how to deal with it myself! long story short, i tried to get diagnosed by my doctor but they said they didn't do adhd testing (doctors in general do, but my doctor didn't 'believe' adhd was a thing lol), so in the end i opted to go private and i got the assessment from there! lots of gps do adhd test referrals but getting mine was impossible - it just depends on your local area! some have long waiting lists and some have shorter, but definitely start by giving your doctor a call for sure! hope you get some answers mate x
There's a cream which Avon does which I'm wondering if it might be a dupe for the Bobbi Brown face base called the Lisa Armstrong All About The Base Priming Moisturiser. It's not the cheapest product at £16 but a big saving if it works similarly! It'd be great if you could do a test xx
Sanctuary spa in boots do a shower oil it's so moisturising smells amazing I love a lot of their stuff and when you shave your legs or armpits or anywhere else with it such a close shave it looks like just a oil but once you mix with water it foams up but leaves a lovely layer of oil on your body their wet skin moisture stuff is amazing too highly recommend all their products I've used a lot their shower cream us also super hydrating
There is a small business called "the one co" and they do a spray called "calm" highly recommend amazing room sleep spray 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

For perfume there are a load of companies at the moment makinv exact copies of perfume and aftershave try one of those to get a note for note dupe of the Chloe perfume like dossier there are lots of UK brands that do it also though I've got quite a few and they really do smell exactly the same has saved me a fortune in my favourite perfumes
