As a local, I can assure you that it's always the day you go that matters, not the beach. It's the same beach for 200 miles. One day, any beach on the Emerald Coast is a 10/10. The next day, that beach might be junk, because storms, seaweed, awful sea critters can all move in. It's just like saying Aspen is a better ski resort than Vail because Aspen got fresh snow the night before. Not that I want to attract more tourists either, but the area didn't get nicknamed "The Emerald Coast" based on this footage of brown water. It's almost disgusting how pretty it really is.
Fair points, but my video does show the “emerald” in the water at some of the beaches, namely Panama City and Destin Also not all of the beaches are the same. Yeah sure the water should mostly be the same, but saying Panama City and Mexico Beach are the same is missing the point. My video aims to allow people to decide which beach would be best for them. “Do I want to party? Maybe I should go to Destin.” “Do I want more peace and quiet? Maybe Mexico beach is for me.”
Oh, sure, the towns have differences; I meant the sand and water quality. It's pretty common for people to think that one beach is prettier than another because they went when one beach was having a bad day and the other was having a good day. It's very common for the same beach to change from good day to bad day or back within just a couple of hours.@@gogibgo6148
I think you may want to check out Clearwater outside of Tampa and the Tampa area in general. It is on the west coast, so you get the sunset and prettier water.
I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida and Hollywood Beach Florida, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach, these the best beaches in Florida lifestyle wise ❤.☀️
By far, if you just want a beautiful beach on the Emerald Coast, there is none better than NCO beach on Tyndall, AFB. It is miles and miles of unspoiled beach. No homes, no hotels, no Spring Breakers. Nothing but sand and sea as far as you can see. Unfortunately, you must be military or retired military to access it.

It s not bad , for being in the USA, where usually coasts are boring and banal. No compares of course with almost any stretch of coastline anywhere in Europe. Moreover,, the original Costa Smeralda is in Sardinia, Italy,,, and no comparisons are possible

No wonder Sonic visited Emerald Coast, it's a beautiful place.
Yes it is!
Where is that place at 6:07 with the sunset? Nice vid by the way!
Thanks for watching! That’s Destin.
Well done!
Thanks!
amazing!
Thanks!
What's the surf like around here? Looks like it could be decent some days
I think I'd go to Panama City beach also, just to watch the spring breakers get amongst it haha
Not Aussie-level, but seems like if the tide and wind are right it’s decent.
Yeah it a lot of wild debauchery haha
Is there any nice beaches near central Florida? I like white sand with pretty water & sunsets

That sounds incredible. Thanks for the tip!
Or an intruder with a boat. ;) You can get to Tyndall's Shell Island side, or Crooked Island side, just not by land.
Why did you skip Ft. Walton Beach?
I didn’t think it stood out compared to the others.

You’ll have to go to the West Coast and Hawaii to see our country’s best beaches.
