I started my Florida lifestyle 1985 Mary Esther. Back then. WoW. I worked in Destin at the Nugget Store across from the Docks. 225 mo. On the sound, Ft. walton, Then Freeport, Panama City. Mexico Beach to get away from PCB. All of it was awesome, and empry. I still love it, just too many people. We watched all of of from the beginning, Seaside, Watercolor, The Destin Castle. 😢. I am almost 60. I will never leave Florida. Florida History is my favorite All around the bend to Citrus County is our stomping grounds, too bad we normies have been priced out of the beach areas. 🙏🇺🇸🤘✌️. Very glad we have the 5th wheel.
That depends! From one end of the 30A to the other, it's about 20 miles. There are pockets that are easy to explore by bike. Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and Seagrove are all within close proximity for biking. Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach are also all close to each other.
Nice video, I love living here on 30A and doing solar electric here. There is a lot of demand for emergency power and green energy here. I love the western end by Dune Allen! Stinky's is great for seafood.
❤thank you for sharing this great information. Guiding us with the map is perfect 👌 we stayed at Seaside, but we really love the Area . We explore different areas, causing falling in love 🥰 we are thinking in moves. We need more information about living there 😊
This largely depends on your price point and expectations of lot size. Feel free to give me a call/text at 850-502-6044 or email me at casey@scenicsir.com and I'd be happy to guide you to the best options given your preferences.
Do you know of any beach in the slower area that has (easier) handicap access to a beach? Husband in wheelchair, hard to find anywhere with wheelchair access. Or at least a boardwalk that is close to the water? Great video, thanks

Grayton Beach is by far my favorite place on 30A. I lived in Miramar Beach since the early 90's. 30A has changed so much since then.

Such a great vid. Can you bike from one area to the other pretty easy or do you need a car for that?

If you wanted to move around there, where the most bang for your buck? A house though with a bit of land.
