I feel like I’m about to answer one of TH-cam’s quiz’s lolol
what kind of grapes are those??? 1:32 what kinda device is that? is that a blender or food processor??? I don't cook and I am not really sure why I need to cook grape soda. 1:55 I also was unclear on that comment. Who keeps juice in the fridge for 2 weeks? Am I fermenting the grapes? Is that why it tastes like wine? This entire process seems like it would be for a get together at the house. Not for me to just randomly have homemade grape soda sitting in my fridge.
Why boil? Add sugar, and simply pulp using a mixer. Strain and serve with soda on the rocks. Much quicker.

Here’s a easy way, class of ice 50% grape juice 50% sparkling water and that’s it, grape soda. Adjust sweetness by adding more water or grape juice.
Easy way would just be buying premade grape soda.
I do it that way to avoid artificial color and flavors and all the other crap in soda these days and I can adjust the sweetness.
Instead of soda water we can also use Sprite or somethin.
