2 cups concord grapes
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
club soda or sparkling water

Instead of sugar i would of used agave nectar or wild honey as a sweetener. Also instead of club soda i would of used perrier or pellegrino water since both are naturally carbonated.
Besides that great video & thanks for the inspiration. I will try this with tamarind since concord 🍇 are not easy to get.
yes that sounds perfect. I actually went to a concord farm last week where they are almost end of the season and i got grapes for cheap. so that is why i have grapes videos are coming from :) you are right you can do with any grapes actually. and it is truly refreshing. local honey is good cause it will also help with my allergy. The thing is club soda is more carbonated so it’s more fizzy than if you used a sparkling water
