Nana, your vision of partnering with foreign investors to established industries in Africa is an all-important vision and the only way for realizing the African dreams, God help us as we helped ourselves on the path of industrialization
Nana is truly gifted with the knowledge and the foresight it takes to govern and to lead the continent not just Ghana but the entire continent of Africa. I feel if you reduce the individual countries to states. The United states of Africa will be a force to recon with. Uniting the continent under one president is the only way for Africa to regain her throne.

Industrialisation is the only thing that can bring development into Africa
Not only will industrialisation bring the goods you need to your doorstep but it will also create jobs for the local economy.

Why don't we have clear and concise answers from our banking and finance institutions? its the dancing around issue and putting nothing to provide smart solutions. Nana's observation sounds great. Bring everyone to the table and work out smart solutions. banking, processes in land acquisitions, permits including the local municipalities

Agriculture has the capacity to provide employment for all categories of the citizenry when done in a modern way.
Agriculture is pleasant to the environment
Wealth deriving from Agriculture is sustainably regenerative due to the in-built multiplying power of nature. Imagine the phenomenon of say, ONE grain of corn becoming about 500grains on the cob in 10weeks and multiplying to 250 000 in another 10weeks planting all of the 500grains!
Africa has the land for all varieties of plants and even animals that have the fecundity of MOTHER nature, inherent.
Africa should seek first, the kingdom of Agriculture and all others would be added!
