These spring roll pastry sheets are too thin for samosa use so using one whole piece may be better. I will try it. Actual samosa pastry bought from Indian grocery stores are quite expensive comparatively.
In France from any Chinese store like tange frere aur any Arabian or sirilankan shop. In Canada from metro store and Walmart and maxi England ka mujhay sahey sai nae pta you can check in Arabian or Chinese store too

We cut it in thirds and make it smaller, the folding is different too
This is actually great...samosa's usually open during frying process..but this would make it thick and wouldn't open during frying
