    Hi Bob!
    I'm Carmen from Romania.
    I'd very much appreciate if you could recommend me some of your videos exercises,(that I consider very useful)according to my diagnosis.
    Minimum protrusions L3 and L5 and degenerative spondilolisthesis L4-L5 grade1 and radicular cysts Tarlov S1 apparently noncompressive located foraminal and S2 right and S3 bilateral.
    Are there exercises that I could do for all my problems without disturbing one of my diagnoses. What is good for lumbar protrusions maybe it's
    not recomanded for spondilolisthesis and so one.

    This sounds really good I am going to try it. If my strength and flexibility are progressing well, could I get to the final progression standing with a band in about two weeks?

    Just to verify I’m doing this correctly, especially on the wall.
    The arrows make it a little confusing because they make it seem like you should move your lower back towards the wall or floor. But what I hear you saying is that we should be moving the lower back away from the floor or wall. Especially when standing it was hard to see what you were doing - flattening against the wall or creating an arch away from the wall. When you refer to “posterior tilt” is that saying “create the curve away from the wall”?

      You’re basically contracting your abdominal muscles by pulling your belly button in. Not sucking it in, but tightening your abs, if that makes sense. So there isn’t a space between your lower back and the floor or your lower back and the wall.

    I need help, not sure what I have as I don't see a doctor until November 22nd. My lower back hurts and my legs start buckling when I stand for even a minute or two, and I can't even walk a 1/3 of a block. It helps when I am sitting down. Does anyone know what is wrong? Should I get checked out before November 22nd? I can't drive and live about 20 minutes from hospital and can't afford a cab to go back home. Any suggestions? Please help 🙏!!!

    Is fast walking or brisk walk good for lower back pain?
    Having lower back pain since 3 months.
    I often did stretches before and after sleep to relieve my back pain.

    Lumbar lordosis with disc bulges at l4/5& l5/s1 levels and protrusion at l5/s1 level as desceribed and sciatica pain .t2 hypo intensities are noted involving c4/5,c5/6,&c6/7 levels mildly indenting over the thecal sac.can i do this exercise

      Get a back massage asap, they know how to stretch ur lower back muscle. The reason why we have back pain is because those muscles are overload, it becomes stiff

    I have chronic low back pain last one yr or more, gone to several orthopedic & prescribr steroids & muscle relaxant along with some pain killers. I am dibetic H1b1c- 6.5.. I am 63 old active guy afraid that these medicine can effect kidney liver. So pl suggest ( physiotherapy also taken along with aurvedic treatment)
    As per x ray report it is orthritis symptoms. Pl suggest.

    Thank you. I'm fat and recently gained another 10 lbs. 5'8.75" and 284.6 lbs. My lower back just over the past few weeks started hurting when walking. I want to walk more to lose the weight. Are these exercises what I need?

    MRI finding : diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 lumbar spine with left lateral recess stenosis

      My daily routine is 6 hour hospital duty as a nurse and 1 hour exercise in evening and rest of time spent in bed rest
