There are very high concentration salt-water such that it makes u float without effort - normally there would be absolute 0 light when the chamber is closed which brings u an excellent sleep inside

Well depends the sport , In usa 🇺🇸, in America football every top college is at that level of performance center ,but of course the teams generate 100s of millions to the school ,, probably for commercial reasons the usa don't invest like that on olympic lifting sadly is a beautiful sport.

deep sleep, humans has a routine when sleeping, like average needs 8 hrs of sleep but the actualy "sleep" isnt 8 hours, not even deep sleep because of external factors, temp, senses etc.. the chamber gets rid of those external senses and makes whoever in there falls alseep faster and deep sleep
No secrets. Help from government,genetics (best of the best), hard and smart training and top of the line "supplements " and recovery. Thats all. A lot of countries are lacking on at least one of those.

When USSR was Communist, it dominated Weightlifting, Communist nations, I think spends equally on every endeavour of its country, unlike like many which are not Communist, are very tight and "Profit" oriented and unequality is rife. An Elite footballer has millions but doesn't strive to be the best. A Cricketer gets one-third of a Footballer wage, but can win the Cricket World Cup. An English or British Weightlifter get next to nothing for their Champion performances. This is where a Communist nation like China rewards victory of Individual of victories equally. The Boys are working hard to get the men out of Olympic Weightlifting.

Not debunked if you're using certain drugs like insulin. For a natural I guess it doesn't take much difference but it does "feel" right to have some quality protein and carbs after a good workout.

The Chinese put their all into everything. 150% effort and commitment. Chinese lifters are also all Chinese. Unlike many other countries where humans are mixes of different ethnicities and peoples, the Chinese genetics have stayed Chinese. Due to that, their bodies are very, very similar. Meaning training techniques work for almost all of them. Some are stronger and less fast. Others are fast and less strong. Others master technique and aren’t as strong or fast. All Chinese lifters have their “thing”. Perfect example is America, everyone’s a mut. China has also mastered hormones and ped use. Because they aren’t afraid of it, because they shouldn’t be. They also have the best coaches, trainers, nutritionists, ped doctors, etc. they have the best of a lot of things. Chinas best athletes go to weightlifting and other Olympic sports. A lot of other countries best athletes play Soccer, or Basketball, or Football etc.. so they have the best athletes they can competing in weightlifting. China is the best weightlifting country in the world up to a certain weight. Because Chinese people aren’t inherently MASSIVE like middle eastern and Eastern European humans. China has the most beautiful lifts, the best technique and the best combination of power and speed. Where Russia and Eastern European nations have more power, emphasis on power, and slightly worse technique. Cardio does not affect strength. Cardio does not kill “gains”. Studies have proven this, so that’s wrong. Cardio directly before any kind of lifting will effect strength and power, but doing 20min of cardio after lifting does not affect strength whatsoever and has been proven to support more muscle growth, and recovery. So, that’s incorrect. But that’s ok. There’s no reason for weightlifters to do cardio. Unless they need to cut down to a lighter weight class. The Chinese focus more on nutrition to lose weight and body fat. Also their advanced ped use helps.
I think you have some misunderstanding about China's ethnic group. And even the majority Han Chinese are pretty "mixed" through thousands of years. The y-chromosome haplogroup is really diverse among Han Chinese. As many of them can be tace back to Mongolia; South Asia; Arabian peninsulaand, and even the Caucasus region.
i think during one of lv's interview he be like this is ur body ur life so the better u take care of ur body the better u train and ultimately the better youll perform... bodybuilders these days (idk past also?) are so crazy about size but that isnt healthy, organs workding their ass off lol, stressed both physically and mentally just to look big and builds somehow uncoordinated muscle... thats where the term "dead muscle" came from, where olympic weightlifting emphasizes on compound lifts and technique for overrall body development over stressing muscles.. and to those be like oh crazy traps crazy delts, glutes and traps are very strong, and delts are essential for all upper body lifting, so ya very developed traps and delts = immense upper body strength, meanwhile bodybuilders or powerlifters see those traps and delts development they go whaa... lol because body building are just stressing muscle group, not so involving whole body
What 铜皮大锤 said is true. Han Chinese is hardly an ethic group. There were so many ethic groups existed and "disappeared" in history, and all those ppl call themselves han Chinese after Han dynasty, it like ppl call themselves Americans after 1776 here in the US.
This is a common placebo with athletes and physical therapy. Where because they are medalists they believe that what they did got them to where they are. And so the therapy after their training sessions is a beneficial factor. It's like carrying a log on your shoulder and then a squirrel jumps on it. The weight proportional to the squirrel is much greater so its additional weight is negligible. Here 90% of the recovery is being done by designer PEDs and steroids. There's a reason why America isn't doing the same, they know it doesn't provide much help. But one advantage China has over the US is that their government is in on the doping protocols and provide all the funding so they can win. Read more about China and their practices, you'll learn they've been doing this and much worse for a very long time.
The winning of gold medal is not solely by the atheletes, but the big team behind them! Respect to those out of the spotlight!

They used it to find the weakness and then they trained in a more typical fashion. It's basically just a test so they know what to work on
