"Transcribe!" Is my favorite music transcription program. Available for PC and Mac, and supports video playback as well! But it's not free. It costs $39 but it's absolutely worth the price if you transcribe music often.
For the transcribing, I went by ear, and for the notation, I used MuseScore 4. I think at some point I'll look into making a website where the scores can be viewed
