- This workout is pretty challenging. I did it today before posting this video and it is tough. I got to give it to Andrew Tate for coming up with this routine. It’s a beast!

If you don't have weights, you can replace the first exercise with regular burpees with doing them on the ground directly and doing push-ups instead of overhead press. Do the knee tuck jumps then. Do lunges instead of squats. Pike push-ups instead of overhead press for final exercise.
If you need extra weight, add a backpack full of books or water bottles.

Why not push ups?
To all those lot saying his advice suck , i would rsther listen to him than you lot .He is bulit better 90% of the population. Its your choice would you rather listen to these bums or tate
It's good advice from a conditioning standpoint, but not from a building muscle standpoint. Also, he doesn't do any kind of rowing or pulling movements to supplement his pushing, which can create problems down the line.
Ok buddy, good luck trying not to pull your muscles by changing your grip on that last exercise. 💀

And I mean it for real. For kettlebells, I am using 5l and 10l jerrycans at present
Used jerrycans during my Army days when we were out in the fields for training. i can say it works like a charm.

his advice isnt for bodybuilding. its for a minimalist apporach to staying in shape when you got other things to do such as hustling to find money.

this is a terrible workout routine, just get some rubber rings, you can do much more with them. Or dumbells. And dont look to this guy for workout advice.
