Thanks for sharing this! I can tell you have had more time understandig BPD than what I have and can put better (or correct) words to everything in an episode. Keep it strong!
Brother thank you so much for making this video. You are super articulate and it really helps someone understand what it is like. My girlfriend has episodes (she calls them attacks) and i always just try to stay zen and keep the vibes calm and loving. The more people can learn the more compassion and understanding everyone can have. I really appreciate how you are educating people about BPD. You have lots of wisdom to share.
I'm so sorry, man. I've been through brutal paranoid delusions and a psychosis episode back in 2021. That was my rock bottom. I understand about how you describe the perception disease. There is incredible will power to be gained from prevailing over this
sometimes during my episodes, i set a timer to an hour to remind myself of the fact that the mere passing of time will eventually get me out of the episode. and distracting myself.
Jimmy, this made me cry because I also do Nothing™️ during episodes in the hopes of minimizing harm, and am currently experiencing it. It’s like standing alone in the middle of a hurricane and people don’t realize how fucking hard you’re working just to stay upright. It took me a long time to accept that this is the best way to take care of myself and loved ones. Thank you for reminding me that it’s okay if all I can do is stand still.
reminding myself i’m a g for getting thru this every day really changed my mindset today
crying on my lunch break trying not to spiral and this feels like emergency therapy. thank you
i can’t tell you how helpful your videos are. thank you

Thanks for making this video. It's really helping me while I try to process guilt around my perceptions. It helps a lot to feel seen and understood!
Thank you for making me less alone with bpd ! Sending love to you! Is it normal to feel your world is falling apart when you have an episode?
