African Tigress thanks for taking us on this beautiful real estate tour. Excellent collaboration with engaging interview. Comfort Properties showed my dream home in one of his videos. You look beautiful, your classy attire attracts respect and admiration like the Tigress that you are🐯
Abuja is to be built in phases and not zones. The phase one is most developed both in infrastructure and structures.Maitama, wuse 1 and 2,Garki 1 and 2,Asokoro ,Guzape and Central Area are all in phase of Abuja.Jabi,Katampe etc are in phase 2.Gwarimpa, life camp etc are in phase 3 and so on and so forth.
You look lovely, and you continue to be the greatest content creator. Thanks for sharing the beauty of your country with your subscribers and the world. Blessings, and have a beautiful weekend. 🎉❤❤❤
Lagos has the potential to look like Singapore or any East Asian developed city, but due to indiscipline, bad city planning, and bad governance, we are here behind east African top cities. But Abuja is just different. I grew up in Abuja from 2002 to 2009, and now I'm living in China, the mecca of modern infrastructure. China is so developed that Dubai looks like a normal city compared to top-tier Chinese cities. Even Americans are in a wow when they come to China. But one thing I can tell you is that despite me seeing the world, Abuja is still something that I can't overlook, Abuja is just a very beautiful city, and if they continue to build the roads, railways, metros... in 7 years, Abuja will be able to be classified as a world standard top city. But overall, Nigeria played too much. It was supposed to reach the South Korean level of development by now.
Don't worry my brother, we will soon get there, Abuja is deliberately planned to catch up with those cities, the idea of Abuja is to be one of the most beautiful and biggest cities in the world

Rent is once in a year in Nigeria You start saving up for the next payment as soon as you pay your rent. You put the savings in some nice investments until the next payment is due.
@tombimashri8149 It's your job to take care of the house rented out to you. The only part that the landlord will always be responsible for is something like the roof and the drainage systems. Houses are given out in good conditions and you will sign an agreement to maintain the house or you pay for any damages.
We have a long way to go in Nigeria (I'm not a hater) If you know anything about city planning, landscaping and architecture you would know abuja is trash. Not to disparage or downgrade Abuja in any way, i mean compared to literally anywhere in Nigeria Abuja is like a messiah and this is caused by the lack of development and ignorance in and among Nigerians as a whole, all in all the hype around Abuja is just to much, just like calling lagos the commercial capital of Africa is just absurd when the richest square mile is in Johannesburg SA, Lagos does not compare or compete with any city in Southern Africa in terms of development or education yet Nigerians overlook that. I love my country and only want the best for it, if we want Nigeria to compete on the world stage a lot of work has to be done in a very short time and remember the longer this politicians continue to rule Nigeria the more difficult it will get to achieve these things as they will only continue to damage.
You lied my brother, I have stayed in Europe and USA and I can tell you Abuja is top notch. I must add that am an Architect, so I am into city planning etc.
I agree with everything you said, but only for Lagos because I also believe lagos has the potential to look like Singapore or any East Asian developed city, but due to indiscipline, bad city planning, and bad governance, we are here behind east African top cities. But Abuja is just different. I grew up in Abuja from 2002 to 2009, and now I'm living in China, the mecca of modern infrastructure. You already describe yourself a hater spewing a whole lot of empty verbose narration about Abuja. Abuja is one of the detailed and carefully plan cities in Africa, which can stand toe to toe with any cities in the world. You may argue about the pace of development due to successive Govt not adhering to some city plans but it still stand as one of the most beautiful cities in Africa. Jo’burg, Capetown and a few cities in Africa are beautiful but you can’t just write Abuja off saying is trash.

Nigerians need to take their grass seriously...i see lots of bare surfaces in the drone views n it takes away from the beauty of the city...otherwise i like the progress 👌

“Potential” is the one word that’s been used to describe Naija since independence.
Lagos was originally planned for only 2.5 million people. It would be difficult to really do much improvement there.
