Dang! The fact this has been out there for three years and I've never heard it gives me such faith that there's great music out there waiting to be found. Genuine bad ass this guy.
Couldn't agree more, and he is one of thousands of great independent artists coming thru on independent labels. Great writing. It speaks to me and mainstream country very seldom does.
The man is just so good. I was never a "country" music kinda guy, but to me.... he represents what is true country. Real grit, dope ass music and the ability to describe life situations with poetic brilliance. Room 41 is a literal emotional roller coaster.
He"s the kind of singer song writer you could enjoy for hours on a front porch, no mic, no amp, no DRUM!!! just an acoustic and a voice. Simple and to the point. Nice job.
Wow kicking ! His voice give me gousy skin. I m German but into this great american music, like Cash and white buffalo and now i found him ! Great voice and lyrics . Any chance he will come to Europe ?
I’m glad the Paste guy is showing himself on camera now, since he’s really integral to the experience. The first time I saw him on camera was when the cocktail guy was on, and they were mixing and sampling cocktails together. That video was a lot of fun...informative, as well. 🍸 🥃 Really showcased his personality, so I thought it was a shame that he was only there as a disembodied voice.

I really hate modern day "pop country" music but THIS is the kind of country music I could listen to all day! REAL country music! Great job!
This isn't pop country

Its interesting to hear these songs stripped down like this. Paul's voice still Carrys the tune very well
I was thinking the same thing. He's super strong with big production and just as massive on his own.
This guy punched me in the arm after a show once. Really a cool guy
Very nice, i'm hearing Johnny during the Rick Rubin sessions.
He and his band absolutely rocked out The Basement East at Americana Fest!
Johnny and Waylon all up in here. But he’s got his own great sound. Awesome.🤠
Yeah, definitely inspired by the greats but not ripping anything off
Yes! Love this man's music!

I think ive watched this about 500 times
I’m really digging his music.
This CD has not left my CD player in the car for 7 days..... I dream at night of this music. My life is great.
What's a CD?
Fantastic! Paul and Leah Blevins on the same bill April 29th Indianapolis. Both amazing.
#1 fan. Paul is the shit!

I cant believe how little views these gems are getting.

His videos are super cool also.
I wish we could hear Waylon sing this
Johnny Cash era again, its so nice
What is the name/style of that hat he's wearing?
A great artist
He sounds just like Johnny Cash!
Johnny........Im not mad at it.
Been listening to J.J. Cale, son? ;)
Serious Johnny Cash vibes
Deep mofo with a mojo.
Bless his heart. He's like the country Ed Sheeran. No hate, just observation
Treehugger1 -Not really. This guy is steeped in the musicology of country music. Ed Sheeran is much more immature in his writing.
Ed Sheeran is a little ginger bitch compared to this cowboy.
