    Helen I had a burger idea … either mix ssamjang in ground beef or use it to top a burger … I’ve been thinking about this for close to two weeks.

    Japanese calls this goma ( sesame seed) shio ( salt) . Finishing topping for those rice balls. They use both black & white seeds.

    The way you make your tun may…my grandmother would roast her green coffee beans…very low and slowly … same principle.
