    If you purchase this car you are announcing to everybody that you have arrived. You are already a made man. Very elegant. Mid size sedans suffer from poor resale value because of the public perception that they are not fuel efficient but with this car with excellent feul efficiency and Honda badge its promising to have a decent resale value after 5 years of ownership.

    Love it , it’s got the looks and style with an amazing fuel consumption. I can see myself in the back seat with my wife driving ,,,, well I think that maybe pushing it a bit to far .

    I have this 2020 ACCORD 1.5 turbo sport, and love the response of it. I upgraded the intake to be injen racing intake and changed the rims to 19 in radius works Japan attached to eubacteria lowering springs. We really love Honda! AS MY PREVIOUS WAS A 2011 Civic FD.

    Nice Luxury sedan sort of, seems like a normal car for the US. Except the small engine. Nothing special which seems weird for an accord. But a great video by sir Rey.

    Great review as always, i'am also fond of mid size sedans, it gives me a good feeling when i'am driving one, waiting for the 11th gen honda civic, soon 🤔

    The issue is not the price rather the 1.5 turbo and CVT. Would rather get Camry for that price.

    Gosh now the Accord really looks like the Honda Crider of China. Well thanks sir Rey for this review of the rare Accord, for me I prefer the Mazda 6.

    I have the 18 Honda Accord Sport and I love it, runs great, fun to drive, good for long trips, has just enough bells and whistles (luxury options). In sport mode when the turbo kicks in it is great for merging onto a highway.. Cars always seem to be more expensive there compared to the U.S., $47,000 seems to me to be a lot for an Accord..

      imposed government taxes raises the price way above its normal price range…..with a lot of standard features omitted

    When you're buying an accord, fuel economy is not really your concern.. Defnitely dissapointed by the measly engine. My dads accord had a freaking v6!

    • @rileywhittenberger5258
      @rileywhittenberger5258 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Unfortunately carmakers are getting away from the V6 in cars probably due to the stringent gov’t regulations of fuel efficiency. It would be nice to have a V6 on those steep hills or mountains though…

    I still think the camry is still the better of the two mainly because of hondas CVT transmission as opposed to camrys traditional AT. And i also prefer n/a engine to a turbo.

    The small engine doesn't match the big and wide body accord. Accord was design to be driven wild, not to be tamed. It's like having a routwailer with out it's teeth. Nice review sir reygan. 🤗🐫🙏

    That is actually the 2020 model here in america.the 2021 model has a round foglights..and the rims are different..and you know that the 2.0 turbo can beat most of the muscle cars with v8 engine and European cars here on the drag strip..check it out on TH-cam

    I had a 2006 Accord with a 2.4 Liter engine. Built like a tank and one of the best ever built. Honda lost the passion for this model. The 1.5 liter engine for this generation is not powerful enough.

    • @TheM5guy
      @TheM5guy 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dandan4763 Most Toyotas are better than the comparable Hondas ATM, with the only exception being the Vios/City. Camry>Accord, Fortuner>CR-V, Corolla Altis> Civic, Corolla Cross Hybrid>HR-V. Not to mention the LCs, Innova, Rush or Hilux.
      Honda’s lineup is seriously frustrating. Outdated tech, bad designs, trying too hard to look sporty but don' t even have a decent powertrain to show for it

    • @dandan4763
      @dandan4763 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheM5guy CR-V to Fortuner? lol its direct competitor is the Rav4 which no one buys. And how would you dare to compare the measly anemic Corolla Altis to the Civic, even with the current gen it beats the Altis out of the water, what more when the 11th gen comes into play. With the Rush, I mean really? with its dinosaur aged 4speed, underpowered engine, and bone rattling ride, its far from better than its competitors specially the BR-V. Honda's lineup is going to be updated soon, and its gonna have newer and more competitive models. I do also like Toyotas and I've owned quite a few of them (vios, innova, corollas sold all of them), but I cant just justified its price just because of its overrated reliability tha doesnt really reflect all the time. I do find them as good cars, but they dont drive like one. Toyotas is beginning its era of overprized riced out body kit variants, oil consuming, bearing failing GD/KD, NZ and other modern engines, also producing products that arent really 100% Toyotas (Toyota Z4, Subaru 86 lol).

    • @TheM5guy
      @TheM5guy 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dandan4763 Oh don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of all things Toyota either, and I especially despise the riced out body kits. However, Rush is an overall more practical product than the BR-V in that segment. And IMO the corolla Altis definitely looks very sleek, elegant and modern compared to the Civic, and has better interior and tech too. Civic is trying too hard to look sporty while it just comes with a CVT like the corolla. As for the CR-V vs the Fortuner, that is basically what's happening in the market. The titos and titas of Manila are choosing between the Fortuner and the CR-V, and we all know who's winning that one. Granted, RAV-4 is an awkward child in the mix that doesn't sit well in the Philippines. But I'm simply shitting on the Honda lineup, not trying to glorify Toyota. Peace out homie ✌
