USD128 for five nights!!! That's incredible. I just checked current prices: although you can't get those sort of prices any more, the prices are still very reasonable...👍
Yes! Unfortunately, the prices I got was right when Japan had just reopened it's doors for travelers post pandemic. So many hotels were priced shockingly low to gain interest from foreigners. But hopefully you can still find good prices if you plan well ahead of time! Agoda is great for that.
Just found your channel! I am poor but love travel! Desperately want to go Japan. Please do more videos! Can you show us more budget places to stay! Thx!
I just subscribed because I like the way you make your video. It was Short, Sharp & Terrific. All the information required. No need to dialog. Well done Sir. ☑
I really appreciate it! I had wondered if I should keep making these kind of videos tightly edited without any talking, so I'm glad there are those like you who truly enjoy that 😁
@@explore.chill.frankie Oh great! Yes I would encourage you to continue. There's a Japanese lady does a similar thing with 'food & travel' as the theme. There's no talk or showing her face. It's very good. Just as is your video.
Why thank you ☺I had visited February and March of this year! It can get quite cold during the Winter season so if you're planning to go during that time, do bundle up!
@@explore.chill.frankie thanks for the tip Frankie (; even tho i can't stand the cold i'm facing my fears come December. wish me luck :D keep up the work, loving the videos🐱
This was before the cherry blossom season and right when Japan was still fresh from re-opening the travel restrictions after the pandemic. My theory is that prices for many hotels were made quite low in order to bring back tourism to the country.
As stated, this price was earlier this year when Japan had recently re-opened tourism after the pandemic. Prices will always fluctuate too, so vigilance is key in finding such discounts now. Do you use Agoda?
New to this channel! You’ve gained a new subbie 🎉 hii
Nice video, thank you.

Japan also has a housing surplus unlike the U.S. which has a housing shortage. You can literally get a house for free in Japan.
@@JUNGLESTRIKEOFDOOM That's in rural areas, not Tokyo and other major cities. What are you talking about?!
Can’t even check into the cheapest American hotels for that rate. Hell even the crack hotels are getting pricey here lol
@@dd-dd2coyeah I’d like to know where you can stay in a house for free in Japan period lol

impressive video. is there even a microwave or kitchen that hotel guests can use in the common area or restaurant? It helps save money..
At those prices, hotel occupancy should be high. And with a strong dollar, it's a good time to visit Japan.
FResa iNN
25.63 U$ per night

Which Freesa Inn is this?
Is close to the train station?

@@explore.chill.frankie thanks 🙏

This was before the cherry blossom season and right when Japan was still fresh from re-opening the travel restrictions after the pandemic. My theory is that prices for many hotels were made quite low in order to bring back tourism to the country.
