What would be the best way for Unitech to come out of this situation from the business point of view? I think they should try to get some money from financial institutions to complete the projects first, liquidate few of there lands to fund those projects

The greatest mistake that unitech did was that they bought that 14000 acres land exceeding the limit and diverted all fund into that. If they would have used that fund to complete the project that would might saved unitech from current condition.
Sanjay chandra is also responsible for the situation of the unitech.
But I didn't understand that why didn't not any of the promoters raise the voice when he was doing all those things??

As of now govt nominated persons are taking controll.. i have read all stuffs what i understood one may enter at @ 2.30/1.95 per share. i project above 3.90 next destination @ 12 And than✈️✈️ @ 48 but think of entry after consulting financial advisiors is advisible

There are three ways a person can go broke liquor, ladies and leverage..... Unitech ko levarage le dubi jyadatar real estate companies boht levarage karti hain jo ki galat hai. Achi companies kam debt rakhti hain aur ussse har saal kam karti hain. Vahi successful rehti hain.

it generally happenes that due to boom in some sectors, mediocre cos. rise overnight and promoters flies over cloud nine.they consider themselves as masters of all but in facts,not.and public follows life ship herd.every decades in corporate world is full of such non sensicle cos. who have no past track records like Tata,birla.as governance,ethics,morality fading fast in corporate world(or say from every field) such instances will keep happening,at regular intervals with different fields.

NOT ONLY THE UNITECH,BUT ALL PROMINENT BUILDERS ARE IN SIMILAR POSITION UNABLE TO DELIVER THE FLATS DUE TO UNDERTAKING PROJECTS BEYOYND THEIR CAPACITY & DIVERTING THE FUNDS OF ONE PROJECT TO ANOTHER ONE.
we're small builders in Agra and we have around 60 unsold houses becuz of the real estate slowdown.
i wouldn't blame the unitech becuz there is nothing they can do at this point.
