in reality most of developers diverted funds into multiplying number of projects by buying more land hence using money for expansion instead of utilizing in construction.
They took system for granted that delay of 5 to 10 years is acceptable rather chal jayega norm.
it is heartening to see Strict Attitude of Courts but it needs to be much more swift to give real justice to home buyers.
Need is to have few separate courts to deal with this critical cancer like disease in real estate.

Mr Kohli's analysis need some corrections. बॉंड मार्किट का प्रेशर इक्विटी और करंसी पर आता आर्बिट्रेशन या डेब्ट मार्केट पर नहीं। कभी कभी ब्याज दरों में बढ़ोतरी से कमोडिटी प्राईसेस में उतार-चढ़ाव देखने को मिल सकता है पर रिसेशन नहीं आता। रिसेशन तभी आता है जब इकॉनामी स्टैग्नंट हो जाती हैं मतलब आकड़े ग्रोथ को दर्शाएंगे पर हकीकत में ग्रोथ नजर नहीं आएगी, महंगाई हद से बढ़ेगी या घटेगी, फिस्कल डेफिसीट में गिरावट दर्ज होगी पर रेवेन्यू साईड में व्यापार घाटा बढता दिखेगा, फॉरेक्स रिजर्व तेजी से घटना शुरू होगा और करेंसी डेप्रिशिएट होती जाएंगी। अभी भारत में रिसेशन आ चुका है पहला फेज चल रहा है।

Since then we have paid 60% of amount but till today we didn't got our home..The case was in supreme Court verdict also came.. But no further progress.. I m bit confusing on price for refined oil in my place. In Bangalore the same brand 1liter refined oil is between 180-190rs liter while back in MP the price is 120-140rs liter. Does price changes in states?? Can you please explain this?
