It's the language of business and it's an imperfect language, but unless you are willing to put in the effort to learn accounting - how to read and interpret financial statements - you really shouldn't select stocks yourself.”
In this video, we have covered all the significant aspects of how to read a balance sheet in Hindi. Since it’s part 1 of the video, the remaining sections of the balance sheet are covered in the 2nd Part of how to analyze a balance sheet.

Shareholders fund does not form part of liabilities that's why we always write "Equity and Liabilities" on balance sheet rather than just Liabilities. Thank you so much for sharing us valuable knowledge. Just bcz of u we are able to make value addition in our knowledge.😇

Equity= Asset - Liabilities.
Shareholders equity is a liability to a company that needs returns on their investment.
