Such a great show. Rob is such a good interviewer and his guests are so interesting. Sindhu Vee is a cut above the average comedian .. and what an interesting life! Rob is someone I can watch anytime. He is so gifted as a comedian and has that rare personal warmth that some people are blessed with. Even the way he looks into the camera makes me laugh!
Here in NZ on national lockdown day 3 *and* resting a concussion from falling roller blind... erm. This series Rob is helping to lift the spirits magnificently, thank you :-)
So pleased to see Sindhu. Super funny lady and a pleasure to listen to. Great chat, and I like that it' someone Rob's not overly familiar with too. Makes for a really interesting chat.
My Nanna had the most expensive New Zealand wool carpets you could buy. Soft and comforting. At least they looked like they were probably soft and comforting. She always had thick, clear plastic runners over them. The carpet is probably still in perfect condition today. Untouched by humans.
Nice to see Sindhu Vee here. My wife really enjoyed Sex Education but I hadn’t gotten around to watching it myself. We’re also looking forward to watching the new Matilda with our son. I actually understand what she means about putting part of yourself aside when raising kids. My wife was doing her Master’s degree while our son was growing up, so I took on (and still do) a lot of the responsibility to take care of him. I used to play in bands and write music but found writing (stories, essays, etc.) an easier outlet during that time. It was a happy discovery. I’m glad Sindhu found comedy. I wish her lots of success! Thanks, Rob. 🙏
Headphones wearers beware at 0:57 ... the intro music is 5.3 times louder than the audio before and after. So choose whether you want the music at a normal level and not be able to hear any of the interview, or have the volume set so that you can hear the interview and damage your hearing at 0:57.
I love what Rob says about the gift of comedy - comedy has got me through so much of the last year and the absence of live comedy has been a huge loss. Law is important and should be valued but we need to accept that it can be used to prop us awful actions and behaviours and banking is important but also responsible for so much that is bad in the world. It is so important that we realise the value of comedy as a force for good in the world.
I love your interviews Rob, you seem like a nice guy always. Hugs from Edinburgh and sorry for the loss of Sean this week. I loved seeing you both on QI together. I'm not a comedian but if I didn't have my stand up dvds in my teens I probably wouldn't be here at 35, I was extremely depressed but comedy, art and music was what kept me going. You're right to value comedy so highly imho, laughter is the best medicine. 😁❤
Wouldn't she be a great guest on Graham Norton's show! Has she ever done it? Just discovered her (and your podcast) today on TH-cam. I'm a Canadian living in Vienna, Austria.
maybe stand up is a stress relief or less pressure than investment banking. i write poetry and my father thinks it's a waste of time because it doesn't make me money
Sindhu Vee should "Put on a happy face" as sung by Tony Bennett and see if she can't cheer up, don't be such a drag. There's too much misery in the world, we need happy laughter and delightedg giggles. Don't say it's not your style, it isn't, that's the point, you need to change for the happier. 🙏
Rob is a legend and so I'm bewildered why he's interviewing a complete non-entity when it comes to comedy. She's atrocious and needs to find another vocation..
Such a shame we will never see Sean Lock on this briliant interview format.
RIP Sean. Best of the best.
Absolutely Matthias 😢😢😢

I love Sindhu Vee. Haven't seen her since she was on QI. Thank you for having her on.
She's lovely AND funny
My daughter and I love Sindhu. So very, very happy for this delightful interview.

Oh dear, get well soon. All the best from Scotland 🤕🏴❤🇳🇿
Sindhu is simply AMAZING! Every podcast, show, interview she does just captivating.
That was such a good interview. I wish it had been longer.
So pleased to see Sindhu. Super funny lady and a pleasure to listen to. Great chat, and I like that it' someone Rob's not overly familiar with too. Makes for a really interesting chat.
I was so exited to see Sindhu Vee on here - i love her, she’s so dry, so different - thank you for having her on. 👏🙏

Another great interview Rob! Really love sindhus comedy.
Sindhu and Zarna Garg are both fabulous and so funny.
This is brilliant! Why have I not heard of Sindhu before? Thank you so much for this, Rob!
Such a great interview…love the flow of questions and answers. 👌🏼🤩
I'm really enjoying these interviews. Thank you for sharing them!

I ❤ Sindhu.
A great video idea, former professions of stand up comics.
Ultimately all professions lead to comedy - one way or another ! 😉
Lovely interview, Rob
She was amazing in Mathilda and raising the bar high for stand up comedy

Rob get your lookalike Christoph Waltz on.
People are fascinated with bankers??
Rob ..... Remember Albert Steptoe ? 😬
Also, the cable management leaves a lot to be desired and the gap under the door is too big... Otherwise, big fan.
Rob, but where did your huge Apple monitor go? : )
I also chose plan b...
2:10
Sindhu is the bomb! ... hmm, should I use the word bomb on the internet? .... Gotta go, someone's banging on the doo .........
You can see why Sindhu has no more "sympathy quota" left. Lol. She's gone through a lot of life stuff!
Id say maybe in the banking? Cause you need to choose your words carefully.?
Rob looks like AP McCoy.
Rob talks about investment bankers as if they sit on the right hand of God. Lol, what's so special about investment bankers?
Rob, do you have a dandruff problem? Every interview you scratch your head a lot? Luv the YT vids. Very sad about Sean Lock, loved his dry humour.
)
Love Sindhi. But Rob, what’s with those slacks?
She is so youthful looking. She outshines Zarna in this.
Is that it Rob? 15 minutes? Joe Rogan does three hours !

She is not funny. Just my opinion.
